Fall is upon us and we would like to take this time to welcome everyone back after another beautiful summer on PEI. As always, we are thankful for the continued support of our members and look forward to continuing to serve you as PEI’s largest fitness facility.
As a reminder we ask all members to be courteous of one another and practice good gym etiquette:
- When finished with a piece of equipment please wipe it down
- Put weights back in place when finished using them
- Keep your workout group to a small number and don’t overcrowd a single machine
- If you see a new face, smile and say hello!

Fitness Class Schedule
We are excited to offer new classes and class times for our fall schedule. From Yoga and Barre to Pilates and Spin, we have a class that suits your needs. As a member, all classes are included in your membership, and you can sign up for any class with your MindBody login. Featured Class – Spin with Melanie
Indoor spin is a workout that focuses on the lower body, particularly on the quads, glutes and hamstrings. Using special stationary bikes is an amazing way to increase cardio endurance and stamina. Indoor Spin with Melanie is offered on Mondays and Thursdays at 12:10pm.
