What is Court 6  CrossFit?

Court 6 is an Official CrossFit Affiliate.  Our goal is to build a community that supports a happier, healthier, athletic lifestyle.


Our program does not specialize, it is designed to improve all aspects of fitness:

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.  Basically, we take the most efficient movements from Gymnastics, Weight Lifting, Calisthenics and Sprinting and create unique highly efficient daily workouts.  The program is as different day to day as it is month to month.  If you’re bored with your boot camp or gym routine, that won’t happen here.

We’re working hard to prepare you for any and every imaginable fitness task.  We use functional movements which are compound movements – i.e., they are multi-joint or whole body movements.  They are natural, effective and efficient.  The most important aspect of functional movements is their capacity to move large loads over long distances and to do so quickly.  These movements maximize favourable adatpations to exercises.  Simply put, they produce dramatic results!

The workouts are challenging but, after all, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”
