As you are all aware, our facility experienced a devastating situation earlier this year which resulted in our members missing out on a portion of their membership services. We are truly appreciative for all the support our members provided to us as we worked to bring our facility back into operation.
We are happy to announce that we will be providing a two-month extension to members who had their membership services affected as a result of the fire. Any member who held a membership in good standing from May 20th, 2018 through October 1st, 2018 and currently holds a one-year membership in good standing, is eligible to receive the extension. Members must visit the front desk to have their membership accounts updated and receive new cards.
For those individuals who use the monthly payment plan, upon your renewal we will hold your payment for two consecutive months to reflect the extension.
Our members have been extremely patient with us throughout this entire process and we are very much thankful for your continued support and cooperation.
