This membership is for couples (two adults who are married, common-law or partners) for our updated Performance Centre. Each day, a new workout will be posted, designed to build functional strength, stability, and performance. Please fill out the intake form before purchasing.

This membership includes:

• Access to private training space
• Daily functional workouts designed by our Certified Personal Trainers
• Access to all other amenities of the Spa (locker rooms, steam room, sauna, squash, etc.)
