Born in the United Kingdom, Mark has worked all across the globe, in countries including Australia, New Zealand, and Greece before moving to Canada in 2022.  

With a background as a Royal Marine, Mark is no stranger to the discipline and resilience required to maintain peak physical fitness. He has also navigated the unique challenges of staying fit while working as a long-haul truck driver, giving him a deep understanding of how to balance fitness with demanding, often sedentary jobs. 

Mark’s training philosophy focuses on functional fitness, strength development, and tailored programming that fits into busy lives. Whether you’re just starting out, returning to fitness, or pushing your limits, Mark’s approach is adaptable and results-driven.

In my free time, you’ll find me hitting the roads and trails as a long-distance runner, which fuels my passion for promoting an active lifestyle.
